We offer Worldwide shipping. Please be aware of Custom & Import Taxes applicable to your Country of Origin.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated by weight at the checkout. To find out the cost add the items you wish to purchase to your Basket. On the Basket page you will be able to Calculate the cost of the shipping by entering your Country and Zip Code/Postcode.

Shipping Options

Standard and Tracked options will be available at the checkout for most of our items. If your order is worth over £50 we recommend you upgrade to the Tracked option. The Standard option does not provide any tracking. We use Royal Mail as our delivery provider. If the order is over 2kg we may use another courier.

Custom and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We advise that any customers purchasing outside of the U.K should check with their Country’s Customs & Import Laws as these additional costs will differ between Countries.

LaserGaming are not responsible for delays due to customs or transit.

EU Customers

Please note due to the upfront cost we are not set up with the EU IOSS System. This means you will incur VAT charges (at your Country’s rate) on importation of an order made through this website and potentially additional administration charges depending on your country’s rules.  

If your order is below 150 EURO (including delivery): 

You may wish to purchase our products from our Etsy store. Etsy is set up with the IOSS. Therefore, purchasing items through Etsy means the VAT will be added at the checkout.

Germany Customers – Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)

Germany’s Packaging Act “VerpackG” imposes requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).

We are registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE3560524785946. Our Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.

As the consumer please ensure that all received packaging is separated, reused and/or disposed of in the right recycling containers, at home or locally.

France Customers – Léko Membership

We have a Léko Membership. (Unique identification number: FR408782_01KUZN).
Léko help finance the prevention, collection, sorting, reuse and recycling of packaging and paper in France.

As the customer please sort and separate the packaging you receive from us into the right recycling containers.

Preorder Items

Please note that any orders including a Preorder item will be shipped together once that product is released. If you require your other items sooner, please place a separate order for them.

Processing time

  • Standard items (including token orders) are usually processed within 1-3 business days
  • Made to order items (indicated in the item description), please allow up to 10 business days for your item(s) to be made.
  • Custom/bespoke order processing times will vary, and this can be discussed as we work with you to create your order.
  • Bulk buys of 10+ units may require a longer processing time. Please contact us before purchasing if the order is time sensitive.

  • Europe: 5-7 business days
  • USA & Worldwide: 5-10 business days
